SHIPPING:
Processing time is 2-4 days on glass container candles. They are made fresh upon receipt of order.
If you are paying for your order by check, please allow us 7 days after receipt for the check to clear before we process your order. Credit card or PayPal payments will be processed within 4 days as long as stock is available.
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
During the summer months, orders are shipped Mon-Wed only to avoid candles sitting in hot trucks where they could melt. Temperatures will be taken into consideration throughout the year and packages shipped the best possible way. We cannot be responsible for packages left on your doorstep or in your mailbox in the heat or cold, please make arrangements to pick these up promptly.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete address. Contact us immediately if you feel you made a mistake typing your address. Be sure to leave us an email address so we can notify you of shipments, any shortages, or other issues we may have with your order.
POLICIES:
It is our intention to provide you with the best service we possibly can.
We are not responsible for intentional misuse of a product we sell. Liability is limited to the price you paid for the item. Not following the instructions on the caution label located at the bottom of the wicked candles or inside the lid of the wickless and melts is considered intentional misuse as well as using the product for any reason other than what it was intended. An example of intentional misuse would be using a fire starter as a candle or placing a glass wicked candle on a melter (glass can and will shatter if continuosly subjected to heat).
Never leave a burning candle unattended!
We will only replace or refund items that are damaged in shipment or electric items that do not arrive in working condition. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We are sorry we cannot provide free samples. We will, however, provide free sniffy/melts periodically on our website. One or more of these free sniffy melts will also be included with every order.
We do our best to depict our actual product, both in pictures and description. If you find an error on our site, please use the contact form and let us know about it.

We will NEVER share your personal information, including email address, with anyone that is not in some way affiliated with us. You will only receive email from us to provide copies of your order, notification of shipment, to clarify something in your order, if we are introducing new product, or if we are having a SALE!!
